Hi, my child is 1 year old and lot of spootam forming in his stomach due to this he not eating well and suffering with stomach pain.. please advice us how to reduce it

Such case you should definitely consult with your paediatrician about it because your doctor can advise you well after checking baby and having some blood test. It is very necessary to provide a proper medication to your baby. So consult with your paediatrician and provide the prescribed medicines to your child
