Hi, My child had slight rash day before yesterday and it has spread a lot today. I’m applying rash creams. There is a pic attached for reference.

A. If The picture was visible I could’ve had a better idea but as of now nothing is visible to me so I would only advise you to consult either a dermatologist or a skin specialist ones for a proper checkup after that only any cream or medicine can be advised to you
