A. you have to give only breastfeeding to the child till completion of 6 months of age and before 6 months of age if you are giving any type of outside Food or complementary feeding it can cause digestion problem in the child first of all meet your doctor and get the weight of the child assessment done. if the weight gain of the child is within normal limits as well as the urine output is normal then do not worry about the feeding pattern, the sleeping pattern and the crying pattern of the child. your doctor is the best person to tell you whether any outside milk is required or not until that time kindly continue only breastfeeding. exclusive breastfeeding has to be continued till completion of 6 months of age and you have to drink plenty of water and at least 500 ml milk everyday as well as homemade food from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits daily e as well as you can go for Shatavari supplement which will also help in increasing the breast milk formation jdjf
