give a balanced diet having variety of food groups
3 meals and two healthy snacks
give small frequent meals add ghee to every meal
good protein from egg , non veg, sprouts, chana sattu, pulses, beans
powdered nuts to food, dry fruits , paneer
include seasonal fruits and vegetables in daily diet
NikithaMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. hello some kids are slow weight gainer and if the child is active then it is not a problem and make sure to give your child healthy and nutritious well balance food in the diet and any concern then it would be better to check with your doctor she can guide you accordingly
