Q.

hi, my boy doesn't like fruits, I tried giving him fruits as juices, smoothies, as ice popsicle.he is not at all eating any fruit.he likes eating more bananas, mango, sometimes pealed apple,papaya and muskmelon juice.he likes dried strawberries and dried apricots .his father is forcing him and me for not having fruits. please suggest me what to do.

A.  Liking a food one day and refusing it the next is common toddler behaviour. It's one of the ways that toddlers show how independent they are. It can help to think of it this way: you provide healthy food options for your child, and your child decides how much food to eat – or not eat.
