Hi, my boy baby is turning 6 months, till now mother's feeding only, Will start any other foods.

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist2 years agoA. dear mum, you can introduce top food to your baby after another month, once your baby completes 6 months, which is when baby turns 7 months. until then you should exclusively breastfeed.

yes you may now start to give her the food like soups and probiotics
khichdi upma sheera porridge khir etc also good
meshed vegetables and fruits are very good
