Hi my baby yesterday positive for covid wednesday today while changing her diaper i saw some dysentry in her diaper is it normal or should i contact my peaditrician

A. yes it may be a part of the infection as well as it may be simple gastroenteritis so better to meet your doctor kindly give ORS for every episode of loose motion and give simple diet made from rice dal and khichdi curd buttermilk apple banana and the natural probiotics from the curd will help in decreasing the loose motion and if it is not improving in one or two days then kindly meet your doctor. also you cannot give outside milk to the child and you cannot give cerelac also but you can continue to give breastfeeding if going on for next few days
