Hi, my baby was born in the month of July'23 after that until Nov'23 I got my periods regularly. But from the month of Dec''23 my menses is stopped and my baby is fully in breastfeeding. What would be the reason?

A. Hello mom.during lactation phase it is quite common, but still you may consult your gync for it just to get a clear picture on what excatly the reason could be
