Hi , My baby was a big baby during birth (4.2kgs) , she is 10months old now and only 7.5kgs in weight. But is very active and playful

A. Okay your child should be at least 12.6 kg by completing the age of 12 actually your child is not gaining sufficiently well I don’t know why because by the time of six months child should have been around 8 kg or so on so it would be good for you to connect with your doctor further assistance on this
