DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby girl is 21 months old and she is having a fever upto 100 degrees then you should give her syrup calpol but it’s not working so give her syrup ibugesic plus 3 ml three times a day
