hi..my baby skin is damaging..it is very bad..dry looking, no softness at all... colour also decreasing I'm using 'softsense baby soap' I don't know whether it is for soap or water but her face is very damaged ,dry looking please help me .

A. Stop using soap and switch to mild baby wash with glycerine and apply coconut oil on fry rough skin and use Cetaphil baby daily lotion twice a day on skin
