Q.

Hi my baby position is in longitudinal lie head at upper pole and foetal spine towards maternity right. what is it mean ? is my baby in cephalic position is there any chances for normal delivery?

A. irs normal ok. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide yousee only the doctor who can see you in person can judge what is the right status. best to trust her

A. Ideally for labor, the baby is positioned head-down, facing your back, with the chin tucked to its chest and the back of the head ready to enter the pelvis. This is called cephalic presentation. Most babies settle into this position with the 32nd and 36th week of pregnancy
