Q.

#AskTheExpert my placents is posterior and cephalic position and longitudinal lie. is this the ideal position for normal delivery

A. yes it's totally good for normal delivery. For normal delivery You should remain active during your pregnancy and have regular daily walking once you reach 38 weeks you can start doing squats , but with someone's support. Also 1st have proper Consultation with your doctor.

A. Yes there are possibilities of normal delivery also but what is the situation at the time when you are in labour according to that only the final call can be taken from Just board to stage just follow what your gynaecologist advise you that type
