Hi my baby is six months I could feed him exclusively breast feeding for only four months and then I had to supplement it with formula milk as my milk was not sufficient and now my milk is almost coming to stop and I have guilt that I just cannot feed my child is there any way that I can increase now or is relactation possible. Please help me to come out of this guilt

A. Relactation is a two-part process- getting the baby to suck and producing enough milk to satisfy the baby. Both are interdependent- the more the baby sucks, the more the production of milk is stimulated, and if more milk is generated, the greater the urge for the baby to feed.https://parenting.firstcry.com/articles/relactation-how-to-start-breastfeeding-again-after-stopping/
