Hi, my baby is seven months old and she is having difficulty in passing stool. The potty is very hard and she cries badly to pass the motion. Can you suggest me what can I do to help her pass motion easily ??

When you start giving food to the child you do not give enough amount of water and hard motion can happen so two things you should do as of now you should check with the doctor for softener that you can give currently and in general I’m going to advise you to take plenty of fluid and fibre for easy digestion and easy motion
