hi, my baby is pooping after every meal and it's semi solid or liquid sometimes. we gave her antibiotics and stopped her milk, got her stool test done , reports are fine but still she is pooping after every meal. what to do i am very worried for her. becoz this will result in poor weight gain already she is under weight.
