Hi my baby is one month old she is having motions in every half n hour most of the time. Due to this rashes increasing either if I am using cloth nappy or without nappy. I am applying coconut oil mixed with aloevera gel or rash free cream as advised by doctor and after every motion I am cleaning hip area with running tap water. But rashes not decreasing please advice me what to do. I am attaching pic for reference.

A. it could be happening because of the seasonal changes if the motions are granny or this seems to be loose motion better to make sure that you are checking ones with the doctor for this issue
