Q.

Hi.. my baby is on exclusive breastfeeding. for increased milk supply, I massage my nipples and I feel the milk let down but I don't feed my Little one yet but I wait for the hunger cues... but I repeat massaging my breast for every hour (I feel let down for each time).. will this increase milk supply?

A. Hello dear parent! Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in your daily diet. The more your baby suckles your breastmilk directly the better milk supply. Consult your doctor for further assistance. Good luck and take care

Q. #asktheexperts I have been facing issues with the milk supply. Initially I was feeding my baby myself but then due to sore nipples switched to exclusive pumping which increased the supply and led to over supply.
