so , don't take stress for your child food intake .
If a child looks happy and active, achieve age appropriate milestones then no need to worry about anything.
offer healthy meals and snacks at consistent times every 2-3 hours throughout the day.
this will allow kids to develop an appetite before their next meal.
to increase your child immunity ,you must include green leafy vegetables, citrus fruits, nuts ,millets , dairy products etc in your child diet.
