This is looking like a dry scalp babies scalp in such case if you want then you can start using a virgin coconut oil regularly it is considered very healthy for babies and helps in keeping babies scalp healthy and clean. Still you baby doesn’t get to leave them in such case you have to consult with your doctor about it
