Q.

Hi .. My Baby is developing Scales on Scalpel, I wanted to know whether it is because of Dryness or Dandruff ? How to rectify the problem ? Currently using Himalaya Baby shampoo..

A. Most probably might be dandruff Consult a skin care specialist..to ensure that it will require medical intervention.. Give plenty of fluids to stay hydrated. Brushing your babies hair before shampooing. you can use sebamed anti dandruff shampoo. Daily oiling is also important. Include more Give green leafy vegetables, dairy products. Maintain proper hygein.
