At the age of your child this is not a delay in the speech you still have time if the child doesn’t pick up by the time of 2 1/2 years then in that case you may visit your doctor a therapist for further assistance and checkup but currently with the age of the child it is not a deal in the speech it is just a matter of time that your child would pick up with your regular communication
