hi my baby is constipating she is 10month old if I give her orange aur pears daily will she suffer from cold ?is it ok to give these fruits daily? and how many prunes I can give her daily?

you can give few teaspoon of prune juice daily and give plenty of fluids including milk and warm massage to belly and make cycling movements of both legs to help stool passage
