Hi..my baby is 8m 7 days old…he is severely coughing and suffering from congestion.. i am seriously confused about his diet, that what should i offer him in all the 3 meals. If anyone can help me with this than it will be a great help

Gayatri DawdaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Hi Give soft foods that can be swallowed easily Foods like khichadi ghee mashed, upma, boiled egg, boiled potato, dal puree , boiled carrot or apple are good foods that can be given now.
