Hi , my baby is 8 months old..At birth she was fair and had bright skin..after few months she became dark and now her legs and hand skin is looking rough..I could feel the roughness when I touch..I have attached pic for your review

A. yes the skin is actually quite rough for this I would recommend you to please massage on the entire skin with the help of coconut oil mixed with glycerine it acts as an excellent moisturizer
