A. Hi, usually baby will get double the birth weight by six months and triple the birth weight by one year so you can calculate accordingly to Baby’s birthweight. Make a timetable so that you can cover different type of fruits and veggies so that baby likes to taste different fruits and veggies and which is good for a good growth. You can give five feeds in a day 8 AM-ragi porridge 11 AM-any fruit purée 2 PM-rice and dal porridge 5 PM-any vegetable purée 8 AM-Upma, kheer. Always feed in sitting position. avoid salt, sugar, honey, citric fruits, dry fruits, cow milk until baby completes one year.
