hi my baby is 8 months old and he is having motions four times in a day. please suggest what should I do

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. this needs treatment.See when baby has any new complain then better avoid any self medication. Show to a doctor for right and timely diagnosis and treatment. Thays a safe procedure.See it looks ok only.but if you doubt then for your satisfaction show to a doctor there as they can examine the patient and give even a better opinion in this case .

Hi If it is lose motions completely lose like diarrhoea kind of a thing then don’t give milk to the child start giving banana and curd to the child that will help in controlling lose motions consult your doctor for a proper probiotic and in the meanwhile you can do is zinc supplement and continue with ors is water
