Hi, My baby is 7 months old now I am giving the same food which we eat with no salt and less spice is it fine

A. yes it's fine, And babies get required amount of salt from regular diet and bm.food , flavour , texture and the consistency as well and use katori spoon feeding, they also get bored with the same menu or routine food sometime.
