Q.
hi.. my baby is 7 months old and he has not pooped since last 3 days. i had given poha powder, rice powder,mugdal powder,oats powder, boiled apple and chikku in these days.. sometime baby tries to poop ,he became red while giving stress not could not poop. i am worried about it. can anyone please help me what can be done in this case.

offer well cooked, soft, semi solid food.
Add more veggies n fruits in weaning food.
Give sips of water after giving solids
