Hi , my baby is 7 month old , today morning she fell off from . She was cried for 5 mins and after that she started behaving normal . I am worried if I need to take her for checkup. Please suggest

A. you can wait and watch and if the child doesn't develop any type of vomiting or abnormal movement or irritability than nothing needs to be done and if the child is crying you can give paracetamol for pain
