Q.
Hi, my baby is 6 weeks old. Breast milk is not getting sufficient, so my doctor suggested to take ondem md4 tablets for 10 days to increase breast milk. can i take that as some blogs showing it is not safe take while breastfeeding. can you suggest.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl3 months agoA. Mam if your doctor is suggesting these tablets you can take it because the doctor would have better knowledge about online research that you are doing also your question was not visible previously so I’m just responding again as per your advice

Shatavari powder you should take three times in the day if it helps in increasing your lactation then at least you’ll be able to feed as much as you can other than the milk that your doctor has recommended so you can go ahead with that and food should be started only after completing the time of six months not before that
