Hi my baby is 5m old he has got teeth and he has become lethargy is it normal ?

yes some babies get their first milk teeth as early as 4-6 months.
and during teething kids feel irritated and cranky due to itching in the gums caused by the erupting teeth.

Yes at the teething this is totally normal. You should continue feeding your baby. And you should add more water in your regular diet plan so baby can stay hydrated through your breast milk. And once you baby turned six months old you can start giving solids and water to your baby.
