Q.

Hi, my baby is 5 months old now. Can we start giving external feed. We are giving only breast feed for now. Please advice us.

A. hello you should exclusively breastfeed your baby till the ba y complete 6 months and if the bm is not sufficient then you can be giving your child infant formula milk stage 1 like Nan Pro or similac using the bpa free bottle like Babyhug but no food till. 6 months
