Weaning food can be started from 5-6 months of age and in that initially in the stage 1 you can introduce some semi solid food to the baby like Banana mango plum boiled Apple and then gradually you can start with some Puri of carrot potato other foods which can be given are porridge of suji e sabudana can be prepared in breast milk or formula milk.
initially you can start with one or two tsp which can be gradually increased up till at least tthree meals in a day

Hi I’d like to tell you you should try to feed your child in isolation because sometimes what happens is kids are very well distracted by the surroundings around them which is why they behave like this I’m just going to advise you to feed your child alone in isolation and if needed just cover the face of yours and your child as well so your child only has a new update your face on
