Hi... My baby is 5 month old, milk supply is low now. she is crying often. everyone is saying milk is not sufficient for her. start semi soild foods, purees, like that. But she is holding the plates and glasses. suggest me

It's important to speak with your paediatrician to select a formula that satisfies your child's dietary requirements. They can offer advice on what kind and quantity of formula is best for your 5 month-old baby. my sister in law is giving Aptamil Gold formula milk stage 1 for her baby of 6 months. it is the best substitute for mothers milk and has prebiotics and HMOs which supports babies digestive system and gut health. you also try some Home remedies like taking protien rich foods and drinking more water and taking proper diet to increase breast milk supply.
