Q.

Hi. My baby is 4months 5days old. She depends completely on breastmilk. I prepared a protein powder at home, which consists of Almonds, Cashew, Pistachio, Walnut, Pumpkin Seeds, Melon Seeds, Sunflower Seeds, Oats, Chia Seeds, Makhana (Lotus Seeds) and Milk Powder. I consumed 1tsp of this homemade powder with warm milk. Is it safe as I'm Breastfeeding my Lil one?

A. yes it's, safe.. not to worry about it. Take high protein contain food like- Milk and ghee and, grains, oatmeals, cereals, pulses, dry fruit, fresh fruits, vegetables, n lots of fluids
