hi my baby is 4 yr 10 days old ,he had severe stomach pain and cramps were there. Now stomach pain is fine. Now he has a running nose and high fever 🥵🥵I gave medicine as Pediatrician Prescribed.what to do ??

A. febrex plus drops to the baby jo small babies will be having gas for various reasons please do burping of the baby immediately after feeding and give colicaid drops 0.5 ml 3 times a day this is safe
