when stomach burning there is no abdomen pain,when abdomen pain there is no stomach burning is it okay

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. probably acidity you are having take bland diet and antacid preparations for further advice in this regard it is advisable to consult your doctor for physical examination and if there is need to do investigations also then only proper treatment can be given
