hi my baby is 4 months old she removed milk after drinking it happened twice anything serious

No Not a serious issue a little bit of spitting of milk is considered very normal it can happen 4 to 5 times also in a day but that would be absolutely normal because stomach reflux is a very common issue with kids at this age so they can warm it a little bit here and there every time
