A. Frequent vomiting in babies can be due to reflux, overfeeding, or an underlying issue such as a milk allergy, lactose intolerance, or infection. If your baby is vomiting after meals and milk, try feeding smaller, more frequent meals and ensure they remain upright for 20-30 minutes after feeding. Avoid forcing feeds and check for signs of discomfort or intolerance to certain foods. If the vomiting persists, is forceful, or is accompanied by weight loss, fever, or dehydration, consult a pediatrician promptly for proper evaluation and treatment.
