Q.

Hi My baby is 4 months old. Her bowel movements were very regular but from past few weeks she is passing stools immediately after each/during feed which is slightly watery and foamy. She is completely on formula. Also because of frequent bowel movements she is getting rash. please advice

A. Teething can often lead to lose motions so maybe that is the reason along with that also for the rash I would recommend you that apply Boroline anti septic cream regularly into that area and please do not use diapers prefer using cotton nappies right now or cloth diapers
