A. when exclusively breastfeeding, occasional loose to semi-solid stools are normal. if stools are watery and formula is included, consult a doctor to rule out digestion issues or inxfection. probiotics (such as sachet superflora gg daily) and zinc may be needed. continue breastfeeding to prevent dehydration and give ors if there's significant water loss. if blood is present in the stool, seek medical attention immediately as it could indicate dysentery.
