hi my baby is 4 months old he has a very tiny white dot in centre of his gums is that a teeth and he is having dysentery and chewing biting his fist clothes and other things is that normal what are the symptoms of teething.please answer

But most of the baby have their 1st teeth between 5-15 months of age
Teeth eruptions is a natural process
No need to do anything for that
Don't give any medication for that unless fever and exessive crying.
Just do gum massage with ur little finger thrice a day
Give teether if possible, Clean teether every time before use.
It will help
