hi my baby is 4 months old alternate days she is getting fever 99 at afternoon time she is becoming normal with in some time herself what may be the problem

A. parent your kids 4 month old the temperature the child is more than 100 degree fahrenheit considered it is fever give oral paracetamol along with tapered sponging with wet cloth maintain adequate hydration of child with oral fluids
