My baby is 4 months old , from yesterday she is getting cough and from afternoon she is having fever 99.7

A. please give febrex plus drops to the baby 0.4 ml 3 times a day Cold and cough in small babies are because of viral infections you have to treat them symptomatically with steam inhalation and saline drops in the nose of the baby e they will subside generally in a week's time

A. Hi mom Give paracetamol to ur baby. Repeat the dose after six hours if fever comes again.. For cough apply baby rub on the chest and feet of the baby to get relief from cough and cold Take care
