Hi My baby is 4 month old, my milk supply is low now due to that baby is crying often for feeding. Everyone say that start soild Or fruit and veg puree for baby. What is your opinion? else what do i do for milk supply

A. dear mom. ur baby is 4 month okd, u shoukd start solids once she complete 6 month of age. do take lactare capsule to increaae breaat milk secretion. also can give formula milk.
