Q.

Hi, My baby is 4 days old and feeding on powder milk as I am not secreting breast milk. I am having painful and sore breasts but still no milk. I am taking Galact granules everyday. I am using a breast pump to open any closed pores but still no solution. Please help.

A. Hello dear parent! Consult a lactation specialist for a personal evaluation and advise. Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in your daily diet. Maintain a good personal hygiene routine and follow your doctor’s advice
