Hi my baby is 3yrs 11months old from last 5 days I observed little spots like allergy spots on my baby hand and foot i was applied candid cream but I didn't see any difference can you please suggest me anything and i have attached the pics ,could you please check and confirm whether it is fungal infection or any other issues...please suggest any lotion or ointment.. thanks inadvance.

Apply calamine lotion and check with the doctor to give you and suggest with some oral anti-allergy which would be good in reducing the problem as only a medicine is going to be benefiting along with the cream to apply which is going to get better with time
