Hi my baby is 3 months old and today she went potty in green colour. I ate palak and drank ragi on Saturday is it because of it

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. the baby is 3 months of age the colour of the stool of the baby ranges from light yellow to dark green depending on the type of feeding baby will be taking there is no relation to mothers food and baby stool colour

Green colour stool is normal in babies. This is due to imbalance between fore milk and Hind milk in breast feed babies and due to iron fortified formula milk in formula fed babies. So no need to worry.
Yes it can also be due to green vegetables that u take.
But it is normal.
