hi my baby is 3 month 3 week and she had rashesh on leg folding deu to sweat. what to do and how to take care of it?

A. hello try to apply mmild nd gentle baby skin care product and clean the area often using a soft cloth which would help to prevent the rashes and any concern then it would be better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guid you accordingly
